I wish to develop my soft skills (i) communication skills, (ii) decision making, (iii) teamwork. Can anyone give proper guidance to develop my soft skills?

Develop soft in the workplace first you develop a learning mindset.  Expand your knowledge and understanding with online training. You are doing some courses to improve soft skills.

(i)  Communication skill: You  can listen to someone and answer questions in a meaningful way, and work on body language.

(ii) Decision making:The point of making a decision is to achieve a specific outcome. So that should be a good  Start with the end in mind.

(iii) Team work:  A successful team is one where everyone’s unique skills and strengths help the team achieve a shared goal in the most effective way. Listening to every team member. Taking everyone’s ideas on board, not just their own. You are sharing responsibility.
