The hiring process is becoming more and more technologically advanced, and nowadays, it is  not uncommon to be part of a video interview instead of interviewing at an actual office, as it saves money, allows hiring a candidate more quickly, and allows HR to interview more people in a shorter amount of time.

In a personal and a virtual interview, the video interviewee does not necessarily have the opportunity to judge the interviewer’s responses and attitudes. In a personal interview, it is easy to evaluate his/her gesture or posture. It helps to identify his or her behavior.
