The first step is to understand the client's requirements
We will strategically evaluate the job role & responsibilities of job seekers to understand the exact need instead of requirements.
After job evaluation, our expert recruiting team generates the customer requirement form, discusses the strategy, and collects the important information from the client.
Once we have decided on the strategy, the next step is to search resumes based on the decided criteria and shortlist the suitable CVs.
After shortlisting relevant CVs, our recruiting team starts the screening of job seekers. We brief them about roles & responsibilities to find the most suitable candidates for the given job profile
Once the screening is done by the recruiters, our hiring manager does the quality check and approves the resumes which are really fit for the job.
After approval from the hiring manager, we forward the shortlisted and approved resumes to the client for their review.
We receive the shortlisting of resumes from the client after review. And the list of resumes moves to the next step.
After getting a list of the selected resumes, we will line-up the candidates for the interview process with the employers.
We will collect feedback from the clients about the candidate's interview experience, decisions, and other essential details.
After collecting the client's feedback, we proceed further with the selection and induction process according to the client’s requirements.
