Desired Profile: |
Desired Profile Should have experience of managing a retail outlet. Good knowledge of business.Could be from hospitality industry.
Ensuring merchandise is stacked properly for customers at all times as per Visual Merchandising instructions of the store.
Stock – Replenishment, receiving and dispatching.
House keeping and maintenance·
Tracking fast movers and slow movers in each category
Record walk-ins, hourly sales, conversion etc.
Developing sales plan to achieve the targets· Communicating the plan and targets to sales staff.
Monitoring of the targets· Customer management, ensuring an excellent shopping experience for the customer.·
Seeking feedback actively· Monitoring and cost Control
Preventing shortages/pilferage · Manpower handling, setting weekly rosters - scheduling breaks·
Ensuring manpower availability on the floor at all times·
Ensure all sales staff are trained in basic product knowledge ·
Reviews of performance of staff continuously and help them improve on weak areas.· New product information communication to all trainees· Motivating the team and focusing on achieving targets· Identifying developmental needs of juniors.
